We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive who can help us generate quality business opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cold calling potential clients
- Following up with leads from ads, campaigns, and databases
- Booking meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Understanding client requirements and explaining company services
- Maintaining lead records and updating CRM/sheets
- Re-engaging old and inactive leads
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth lead handover
- Building strong communication with prospects and clients
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confidence while speaking on calls
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
- Ability to handle follow-ups consistently
- Good professional attitude and discipline
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email, CRM)
Preferred:
- Experience in telesales, real estate calling, digital marketing sales, customer support, or lead generation
- Hindi + English communication preferred
