Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech/ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC industry
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and gather technical information for project estimation.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts to close sales successfully.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, procurement, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and end customers.
- Stay updated on HVAC products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems including VRF, VRV, DX, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ventilation, and Ducting systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and HVAC specifications.
- Knowledge of HVAC product selection and basic estimation.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
