We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in bakery production, team management, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bakery production and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Develop and innovate new recipes for cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts
- Manage kitchen staff, assign duties, and maintain discipline and teamwork
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed
- Monitor inventory, order raw materials, and control wastage
- Maintain cost efficiency and optimize production processes
- Train and mentor junior chefs and bakery staff
- Handle customer feedback and ensure satisfaction with bakery products
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of professional experience in bakery or pastry kitchens
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
