Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and provide information about products/services. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company products/services to customers
- Generate leads and schedule meetings or follow-ups
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Follow up on pending inquiries and conversions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
- Coordinate with sales and support teams when necessary
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under targets
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of Hindi, English, and regional language preferred
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
