Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with companies for training & placement opportunities
Connect and collaborate with colleges/universities for student engagement and hiring drives
Counsel and guide candidates regarding career opportunities, training programs, and placements
Coordinate end-to-end placement activities including interviews, follow-ups, and on-boarding
Generate and manage leads across all three segments (Company, College, Candidate)
Requirements:
1–10 years of experience in Training & Placement / Recruitment / EdTech / Counseling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
