About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Counsellors to guide students in choosing the right Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs. The role involves counselling students, understanding their career goals, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with students and parents through outbound calls
- Provide counselling on UG/PG courses offered by various universities and colleges
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, budget, and preferences
- Recommend suitable programs and guide them through admissions
- Follow up regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
- Address queries and objections effectively
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong counselling and sales skills
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build trust with students and parents
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Preferred Experience:
- Education Counselling, EdTech, Telecalling, or Inside Sales
- Knowledge of university admissions and higher education courses
- Experience with CRM tools
