The Senior QA Manager is responsible for overseeing all quality-related aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to make critical decisions that impact product and process quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all company quality-related matters, including processes, products, and compliance.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead QA teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality into every stage of operations.
- Make strategic decisions on quality improvements, risk management, and corrective actions.
