Role Overview
The role focuses on:
- Customer service advisory
- Multi-brand vehicle service coordination
- Workshop partner management
- Real-time customer communication
- Quality control and delivery excellence
- Cross-ecosystem referrals and revenue contribution
The candidate will manage the complete vehicle service lifecycle from customer intake to final delivery and post-service follow-up.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Reception & Service Advisory
- Act as the primary SPOC throughout the customer’s vehicle service journey
- Understand customer concerns and review vehicle service history
- Explain findings, costs, and timelines clearly in non-technical language
- Build customer confidence through transparency and honest recommendations
2. Multi-Brand Technical Understanding & Advisory
- Understand servicing and maintenance patterns across multiple automobile brands
- Guide customers on service priorities, maintenance planning, and repair decisions
- Advise customers on ownership issues, maintenance costs, and workshop quality
- Build credibility as a trusted automotive advisor
3. Service Coordination & Partner Network Management
- Coordinate with workshop partners for diagnostics and repairs
- Track service progress and manage delivery timelines
- Escalate quality concerns immediately when required
- Maintain complete operational tracking and documentation
4. Real-Time Customer Communication
- Provide proactive updates throughout the service process
- Handle customer queries, approvals, and escalations professionally
- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction
- Maintain response turnaround within operational timelines
5. Quality Control & Delivery Management
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections
- Verify service completion, documentation accuracy, and vehicle cleanliness
- Explain completed work and future maintenance recommendations to customers
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up and satisfaction calls
6. Cross-Referral & Ecosystem Contribution
- Identify opportunities for:
- Insurance renewals
- Vehicle upgrade referrals
- Accessories & spare parts
- Extended warranty & AMC packages
- Used car trade-in opportunities
- Coordinate referrals with internal sales and insurance teams
7. Documentation & Process Compliance
- Maintain accurate service records and job card documentation
- Update operational platforms in real-time
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational processes
- Senior Service Executives may contribute to SOP development and partner ev
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma holder
- Experience in automobile service advisory or workshop coordination
- Multi-brand vehicle service knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- EV/luxury vehicle experience is an added advantage
