What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a barista (specialty coffee experience preferred).
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and coffee brewing.
- Passion for coffee, matcha, and hospitality.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
- Willingness to learn and grow with a new brand.
Bonus Skills
- Latte art experience.
- Knowledge of manual brewing methods (V60, Chemex, AeroPress, etc.).
- Experience working with ceremonial-grade matcha.
- Experience in specialty cafés.
- Interest in beverage innovation and creative drink presentation.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
