We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HR to manage HR operations and support the hospital team.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relations and grievance handling
- Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
- HR documentation and HRMS management
- Performance management and employee engagement
- HR MIS and statutory compliance
- Coordination with department heads for manpower requirements
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Experience:5 –8 years in HR; healthcare/hospital experience preferred
