Job responsibilities
- Handle customer queries professionally over inbound or outbound calls.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the company system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Meet process quality, attendance and productivity requirements.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during calls.
Eligibility
- Undergraduates and graduates may apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Must be fluent in at least one of the following languages:
- Tamil
- Telugu
- Malayalam
- Konkani
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Candidates must clear the company’s communication assessment with the required score.
- Must be willing to work from the office in Hebbal, Bengaluru.
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and a six-day working week.

This is a work-from-office position.
Working schedule
- Six days working
- One rotational weekly off
- Nine-hour rotational shift
- Available shift window: 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM
- Actual shift allocation will depend on process requirements and company transport and safety policies.
Salary
Tamil, Telugu and Konkani candidates
- Monthly CTC: ₹20,000
- Approximate monthly take-home salary: ₹16,000
Malayalam candidates
- Monthly CTC: ₹20,000
- Approximate monthly take-home salary: ₹16,000
- Additional Malayalam language allowance: ₹1,800 per month
