About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Technical Trainer who can train students in Java, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Full Stack Development, and emerging technologies. The candidate will also represent the institute in colleges, conduct seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and help students understand industry trends and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Java, DSA, Full Stack Development, and related technologies.
- Conduct coding sessions, assignments, assessments, and project guidance.
- Organize and deliver technical seminars, workshops, and awareness programs in colleges and educational institutions.
- Represent the institute during campus visits, career counseling sessions, and academic events.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and workshop content.
- Guide students on career opportunities, internships, certifications, and placement preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, AI tools, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with colleges and academic institutions for training programs and workshops.
- Support student placement activities and interview preparation.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Java Programming and Data Structures.
- Basic understanding of Full Stack Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Database concepts).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in public speaking and conducting seminars/workshops.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student engagement.
- Ability to travel locally for college visits and events.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, B.Sc. (CS/IT), M.Sc. (CS/IT) or related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication and technical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Training, seminar, workshop, or public speaking experience will be an added advantage.
