Sales and Marketing Specialist
We are looking for Sales and Marketing Specialist with a preferable 5+ years of experience, who are responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The sales and marketing manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Noida. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include managing sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, training sales teams, and ensuring sales targets are met. The specialist will work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.
The Basic requirements
- Strong Communication skills (written & verbal both) and experience in Customer Service
- 7+ years of experience in marketing & sales
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills
- Ability to train and develop sales teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in PR, brand consulting, media ad sales or for real estate e-commerce platform is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
- The ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities for Sales and Marketing Specialist
- Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
- Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
