Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Allocate work to labour, subcontractors, and skilled workers as per the project schedule.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor labour productivity and maintain discipline on site.
- Plan daily work targets and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, and contractors.
- Check material availability and raise material requisitions when required.
- Verify received materials for quality and quantity before use.
- Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance, and site records.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to minimize wastage.
- Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing, and other construction activities.
- Identify site issues and report them promptly with practical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Inspect completed work and rectify defects before handing over to the next activity.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients whenever required.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the construction site.
- Support project completion within approved timelines and budgets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
