Job Description
The Building Contractor (TBC) is looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualizer to join our Design Team.
The candidate will be responsible for converting architectural concepts and drawings into high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models and realistic architectural visualizations.
- Create exterior and interior 3D views based on architectural drawings and concepts.
- Prepare realistic materials, textures, lighting and environments.
- Produce high-quality renders for client presentations and project approvals.
- Develop façade concepts and support architects during design development.
- Convert AutoCAD drawings, sketches and design concepts into accurate 3D models.
- Revise 3D models and renders based on architect and client feedback.
- Ensure 3D visualization accurately represents the approved architectural design.
- Coordinate with Architects, Design Engineers and other members of the Design Team.
- Maintain organised project files, models, materials and render outputs.
- Support preparation of presentation materials when required.
Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, 3D Visualization or related field
Candidates with strong visualization skills and an excellent portfolio may also be considered irrespective of academic background.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp.
- Good knowledge of Lumion / D5 Render / Enscape / V-Ray or similar rendering software.
- Good understanding of AutoCAD drawings.
- Strong sense of architectural design, proportions, materials and colour combinations.
- Good knowledge of lighting, textures, landscaping and realistic rendering.
- Ability to understand floor plans, elevations and architectural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other post-production software will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
- Ability to complete revisions within project timelines.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent software skills and a strong architectural visualization portfolio may also be considered.
