We’re on the lookout for a Testing Lead with strong expertise in UiPath Test Suite to shape automation strategy, inspire teams, and deliver high quality testing solutions for large scale banking transformation programs.

What you'll do:
- Own the end to end test automation strategy and execution
- Architect and govern scalable UiPath Test Suite frameworks
- Drive quality, risk management, and technical excellence across engagements
- Mentor and coach automation engineers to help them grow
- Partner with clients, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes
What we're looking for:
✔ 8 to 12 years of IT experience with 3+ years in a Test Automation Lead or Technical Lead role
✔ 5+ years of hands on experience with UiPath Test Suite, Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager
✔ Strong expertise in automation framework architecture and Agile delivery
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills
✔ UiPath Advanced RPA Developer and UiPath Test Automation Specialist certifications are required
Nice to have:
- Banking domain expertise
- Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jira, Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, SAP, Salesforce, or cloud platforms
