Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 Administration : Lead the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity across enterprise environments.
- Deployment & Migration: Design and implement deployment and migration strategies for seamless transitions and scalable outcomes, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Automation: Drive automation initiatives using scripting to improve efficiency and reduce manual administrative efforts.
- Endpoint Management: Manage Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management tools, delivering secure, policy-driven device configuration and robust endpoint security.
- Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS): Implement and oversee EMS solutions to strengthen client infrastructure and address evolving cybersecurity threats.
- Azure Active Directory Integration: Integrate Azure Active Directory with business processes to ensure secure authentication, access control, and identity solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs and achieve measurable results.
- Compliance & Licensing: Provide expert guidance on Microsoft licensing, policies, and certifications to ensure compliance and maximize ROI for clients.

- Experience working with enterprise-level organizations, ideally focusing on IT infrastructure modernization or digital transformation
