Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Oversight: Manage and monitor overall operations across multiple branches in Tamil Nadu.
- Sales Guidance: Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for operational challenges, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Leadership: Inspire teams with ideas, spontaneity, and actionable strategies to improve performance.
- VP Coordination: Schedule and follow up on VP appointments, ensuring availability of dates and smooth execution of visits.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to branches when required to support operations and team performance.
- Operational Accountability: Take full responsibility for branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and productivity.
