Job Overview:
We are hiring Factory Helpers to support daily operations in our FMCG/Ayurvedic manufacturing unit. Candidates should be hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production and packaging activities
- Handle raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the factory
- Support machine operators and supervisors
- Follow safety and quality guidelines
- Load and unload materials when required
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced both can apply
- Basic understanding of factory work (FMCG/Ayurvedic preferred)
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Discipline and teamwork skills
