· Generate Sales Leads: Proactively reach out to potential Customers via phone calls to generate qualified sales leads and set appointments for the sales team.
· Promote Products and Services: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to target Customers to create interest and drive sales.
· Build Customer Relationships: Establish rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing Customers through professional and engaging communication.
· Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly telemarketing goals KPIs set by management.
· Handle Customer Queries: Address Customer questions, objections, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure a positive brand image.
· Support Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute telemarketing campaigns aligned with promotional strategies.
· Continuous Improvement: Regularly update product knowledge and telemarketing techniques to improve communication effectiveness.
