- Plan, organize, and execute social service programs and community outreach activities.
- Identify community needs through surveys, field visits, and stakeholder interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare providers, and community leaders.
- Coordinate volunteer engagement, training, and participation in social initiatives.
- Monitor ongoing projects and evaluate their effectiveness against defined objectives.
- Maintain accurate records, beneficiary databases, and program documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and impact assessments for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Assist in fundraising activities, CSR initiatives, and awareness campaigns when required.
- Represent the organization at community meetings, events, and partnership forums.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
