Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong Project Management and Site Execution experience to manage Greenfield, Brownfield, and Renovation projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in project planning, civil execution, BOQ, estimation, costing, vendor management, contractor coordination, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of Greenfield, Brownfield, and renovation projects.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, timelines, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Supervise civil and interior site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare, review, and monitor BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements, and project costing.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Manage vendor and contractor selection, negotiation, work allocation, and performance.
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, material consumption, and work completion.
- Ensure procurement and availability of materials as per project requirements.
- Coordinate between design and execution teams to resolve site discrepancies.
- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and highlight delays or critical issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved cost, quality, and timeline.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Project Management / Site Execution.
- Proven experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, and Renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, quantity surveying, and costing.
- Experience in vendor, contractor, and procurement management.
- Good understanding of civil construction, finishing, interiors, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project planning tools will be preferred.
- Healthcare / Hospital project experience will be an added advantage.
