About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Academic Counsellor from the EdTech industry who can guide students, drive enrollments, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and leads
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
- Drive admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Handle end-to-end admission process
- Maintain regular follow-ups and lead conversion
- Support and guide junior counsellors (if required)
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in EdTech counselling/sales (Mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
