Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise residential and commercial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring project progress, and maintaining site safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage high-rise construction projects from foundation to completion.
Monitor site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with local building regulations.
Prepare and review BOQs, project reports, and construction schedules.
Manage material planning, site inspections, and resource allocation.
Track project progress and resolve technical issues at the site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building construction.
Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, and project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
