- Achieve branch sales and revenue targets through effective business development.
- Monitor branch activities.
- Manage and lead a team of sales officers and operations staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and manage customer accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support and assistance as needed.
- Adhere to all customer service standards and protocols.
