Position: Special Educator
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Special Educator to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, relevant experience in special education, and a genuine commitment to supporting children with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess children's educational, behavioral, and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct one-on-one and group intervention sessions.
- Monitor and document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic child development.
- Adapt teaching strategies and learning materials according to each child's needs.
- Provide guidance and support to parents regarding educational and developmental goals.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (B.Ed./M.Ed. Special Education or equivalent).
- RCI registration preferred (if applicable).
- Relevant experience working with children with developmental, learning, or behavioral challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in conducting assessments and developing intervention plans.
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other developmental conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and parent-counseling skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
