JOB DESCRIPTION – IT RECRUITER / HR RECRUITER

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 2 years of hands-on experience in technical hiring. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while ensuring timely closures, quality hiring, and a professional candidate experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from requirement understanding to onboarding
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical and business needs
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, direct sourcing, and referrals
- Conduct initial screenings, skill validation, and candidate shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment pipelines, TAT adherence, and hiring metrics
- Ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience
- Support bulk hiring, niche skill hiring, and urgent closures
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill mapping
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
- Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of ATS, Excel, and recruitment reporting
