We are seeking an HR Associate to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle. The role entails in driving recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding and exit management and managing office infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including drafting and publishing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, coordinating interviews.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organisation, including documentation, induction, and provisioning of required tools and systems.
Manage the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating the collection of company assets and exit clearance form.
Design, plan, and execute employee engagement initiatives that enhance job satisfaction, motivation, and a sense of belonging.
Support internal communication efforts and organise team events, celebrations, and recognition programmes.
Act as the primary liaison between the organisation and external vendors, including recruitment partners, background verification agencies, and service providers.
Serve as a single point of contact for administrative, operational, and infrastructural matters at the Bangalore office.
Oversee travel management, asset allocation and tracking, and the timely preparation of travel and expense reports.
Support HR operations, including maintenance of employee records, HRIS updates, and preparation of periodic MIS reports.
Ensure the office’s physical infrastructure is well-maintained, safe, and adequately equipped to support day-to-day operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage the procurement of office supplies within approved budgets.
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a specialisation in Human Resources.
Experience: 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in HR recruitment and operations, preferably within a fast-paced or start-up environment.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with employees, candidates, and external stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and diligence in documentation, reporting, and process execution.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and MS Office for reporting, documentation, and analysis. Prior working knowledge of Keka (or a similar HRIS) and ATS platforms will be an added advantage.
Knowledge Base: Working understanding of HR processes, statutory compliance, and general operational requirements.
