Job Title: Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and storytelling-driven Video Editor to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing high-quality video content ranging from short-form vertical videos (Reels, Shorts) to long-form promotional content, YouTube videos, ads, and corporate media.

Job Details & Logistics
- Job Location: Chinar Park, Kolkata (Onsite / Work from Office)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble raw footage into seamless, engaging, and high-retention video edits.
- Produce short-form social content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) complete with dynamic captions, sound design, hook cuts, and pacing.
- Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, lower thirds, titles, and visual effects (VFX) using After Effects.
- Execute precise audio cleanup, sound design, sound effects (SFX) layering, and royalty-free background music mix.
- Perform professional color correction and color grading to align with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on current editing trends, social media formats, audio hooks, and viral visual styles.
- Manage media assets, organize project files systematically, and meet set project deadlines.
Key Qualifications & Skill Requirements1. Software Proficiency
- Primary Editing Tools: Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Motion Graphics & Compositing: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
- Audio & Design Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Audition, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Fast-Paced Social Tools: Knowledge of CapCut (Desktop) for rapid short-form editing and trendy visual setups is a plus.
2. Technical & Editing Skills
- Strong understanding of visual pacing, narrative structure, frame rates, and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 4:5, 1:1).
- Mastery of sound design (mixing voiceovers, music, and SFX smoothly).
- Basic to advanced knowledge of color grading (LUTs, node/layer-based grading).
- Experience implementing speed ramps, green screen keying, keyframing, and custom transitions.
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
