- Investigate guarantor details and financial background
- Collect market feedback about customers when required
- Prepare and submit investigation reports with photos and observations
- Coordinate with branch staff and operations team
- Handle recovery-related field investigations if assigned
- Identify fraudulent or suspicious activities and report immediately
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
- Update verification status in company systems on time
