Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result oriented sales employee to join our organisation . The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, maintaing customer relationship and contributing to bussiness growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate sales leads and new bussiness opportunities in the HVAC markets.
- Conduct site survey and assesment to understand customer requirements and recommend apporiate HVAC solutions.
- Negotiate contract and pricing .
- Build long term customer relationship and maintain CRM records.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, technical presentation and product/ service to client.
- Develop & impliment stratigec sales plans to achieve revenue & growth targets.
- Collabrate with sales and technical terms to ensure client get deliverables on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in Marketing or related field
- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience can apply
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track records of achieving sales target and closing deals in the HVAC industry.
- Excellent communication , negotiation, and presentation skills.
