Role Clarity | Head – Marketing & Growth
Role Definition
The Head – Marketing & Growth is responsible to lead the organization's marketing and growth agenda by building a strong brand, accelerating B2C and digital revenue, improving customer acquisition and retention, and creating an accountable, data-led marketing function. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across digital, brand, customer lifecycle, territory and channel marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth-
Own the marketing-led B2C growth plan across centres, territories and customer segments.

Drive growth in patient footfall, home collection, health packages, memberships and digital bookings.

Create focused recovery and growth plans for underperforming centres and markets.
Digital, Acquisition and Customer Lifecycle-
Lead performance marketing, SEO, website/app growth, CRM and digital customer journeys.

Improve customer acquisition, enquiry-to-booking conversion and revenue across key touchpoints.

Build structured retention, reactivation, reminder and cross-sell programmes to increase repeat business and customer lifetime value.
Brand and Communication-
Strengthen brand positioning around clinical quality, trust, expertise, technology and customer experience.

Lead brand campaigns, content, social media, reputation management and new-service communication.

Ensure consistent brand execution across laboratories, collection centres, digital platforms and partner locations.
Territory, Doctor and Channel Marketing-
Build measurable local-area marketing programmes for societies, camps, partnerships, centre launches and territory growth.

Lead doctor and medical marketing, including scientific communication, CMEs, RTMs, new-test launches and the Doctor Growth Programme.

Provide effective marketing support to B2B, HLM, B2I, FOFO and other business channels through campaigns, proposals, content and activation tools.
Analytics, Leadership and Execution-
Establish dashboards for revenue, acquisition, conversion, retention, centre performance and marketing ROI.

Lead annual planning, budget allocation, agency management and disciplined performance reviews.

Build and develop a high-performing marketing team, including the Senior Manager - Marketing and relevant functional resources.

Work closely with Sales, Operations, Medical, Technology, Customer Experience and Finance to deliver integrated growth priorities.

Role Requirements:
-
10-15 years of progressive experience in marketing, growth, digital business or consumer revenue roles, with meaningful team leadership experience.

Proven ownership of revenue, customer acquisition, digital growth, CRM, retention and marketing ROI.

Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, retail, consumer services, wellness, insurance or another distributed service business is preferred.

Strong analytical and commercial orientation, with the ability to convert data into clear priorities and action.

Hands-on leader who can operate effectively in a fast-growing, mid-sized organisation and move confidently between strategy and execution.

MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
