Job Summary:
The Business & Collections Executive is responsible for generating new business, enrolling subscribers, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely collection of chit installments. The role involves field visits, customer follow-ups, and achieving collection and business targets.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new chit subscribers.
- Promote chit schemes to potential customers.
- Explain chit plans, benefits, and payment terms clearly to customers.
- Achieve monthly business targets assigned by the management.
- Conduct field visits and generate leads through references and local marketing activities.
Collections:
- Ensure timely collection of monthly chit installments from customers.
- Follow up with overdue customers through calls and field visits.
- Maintain collection records and update payment status regularly.
- Reduce outstanding dues and improve collection efficiency.
- Coordinate with branch staff regarding pending collections.
Customer Relationship:
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide proper service support.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Collect KYC and other required customer documents.
- Prepare daily collection and business reports.
- Update customer details and collection status in the system.
Eligibility:
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in chit fund, finance, banking, collection, or sales is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle field work and customer follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and team player.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
