About the Role
We are seeking experienced Data Quality Specialists . The selected candidates will play a key role in strengthening and evolving our data quality framework, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and enhance proactive Data Quality initiatives, including:
- Data Quality framework development and maintenance.
- Data Quality rules and controls.
- Monitoring and dashboarding capabilities
- Data remediation processes.
- Support and improve reactive Data Quality issue management processes.
- Analyze, identify, and resolve data quality issues across HR systems and datasets.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards for data monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to establish data quality standards and best practices.
- Contribute to Data Governance initiatives and support the implementation of governance frameworks.
- Evaluate and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency through emerging technologies, including GenAI and other advanced analytics solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions for recurring data issues.
- Document processes, controls, and governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Data Quality concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and remediation.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau for reporting and dashboard development.
- Experience working with Data Governance frameworks and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Informatica CDGC or similar Data Governance/Data Quality tools.
- Understanding of HR data domains and HR systems.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies and their application in data management.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise data environments.
Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
