Job Description:-
1. Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive first impression of the organization.
3. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the concerned.
4. Maintain visitor records, office logs, and administrative documentation.
5. Support coordination of client meetings and related activities.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
7. Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
8. Provide administrative support as required by management.
9. Client Experience — Create a welcoming environment that reflects our focus on wellbeing and community.
Skills Required:-
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
3. Good coordination and organizational abilities.
4. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
5. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
6. Strong customer service orientation
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred :-
1. 12th or 12th+ in any discipline.
2. Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is preferred.
Salary:-
Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
