Job Title: Business Development Executive �� IT Services

Role Overview
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, converting prospects into customers, and building strong relationships to promote the company��s IT solutions (Web Applications, CRM systems, Website Development etc). The role requires strong communication skills, market research ability, and a consultative approach to selling.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
Maintain and nurture a healthy sales pipeline.
Understand about customer needs
Present IT service offerings and coordinate demos with technical teams
Prepare proposals, quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings
Provide insights to management for new service offering
Qualification & Skills
BCA / B.Tech (IT/CS) / MBA��IT or Marketing from a reputed institute
B2B IT services sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Web/App development & CRM solutions
Lead generation and client relationship management
CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace
Salary
3 Lac 50 Thousand To 4 Lac P.A.
