Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Paid Campaigns Head to lead and manage digital campaigns focused on B2B lead generation in the services sector. The role requires strong expertise in running high-performing campaigns and delivering measurable lead generation results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns for B2B lead generation
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, META (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Generate qualified leads for international business development activities
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for cost-per-lead and conversion rates
- Utilize AI and marketing automation tools to improve campaign performance
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion
- Maintain reporting dashboards and campaign analytics
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and META Ads
- Experience in services sector marketing is preferred
- Ability to manage target-based performance campaigns
- Strong analytical, optimization, and reporting skills
