Responsible for field installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT products and solutions, along with desktop support and basic networking management.
Key Responsibilities
- Field installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT products and solutions.
- Desktop PC hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, software, printers, and peripherals.
- Basic IT networking management including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Network cabling and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Client-site technical support and issue resolution.
- Prepare basic service/installation reports.
Qualification & Skills
- ITI / Diploma / BCA / B.Tech / equivalent IT qualification.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client-site visits.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
