About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling parent inquiries, explaining our educational programs, and converting leads into enrollments through calls and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with parents.
- Explain course details, fees, and offers professionally.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain lead records and update daily reports.
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding.
- Build positive relationships with parents and students.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
- Confident speaking and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Sales or counseling experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
