New Product Development (NPD)
Position Overview
The New Product Development (NPD) Team will be responsible for driving innovation, business growth, organizational transformation, and technology adoption across the company. The team will act as a strategic think tank, generating new ideas, identifying business opportunities, evaluating emerging technologies, and developing innovative solutions to support the company's future growth.
The NPD Team will work closely with the Managing Director (MD) and Board of Directors to recommend and implement new initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability.
Key ResponsibilitiesInnovation & Business Development
- Continuously identify and develop innovative business ideas, products, services, and growth opportunities.
- Research new markets, industries, technologies, and business models.
- Recommend strategic initiatives that contribute to company growth and expansion.
- Analyze industry trends and emerging opportunities that can benefit the organization.
Technology & Future Readiness
- Identify advanced technologies, automation solutions, digital tools, and modern business practices suitable for the company.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that improve productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness.
- Support the organization in adopting innovative systems and future-ready business processes.
- Keep management informed about technological advancements and industry developments.
Strategic Planning & Organizational Growth
- Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term growth strategies.
- Create innovative roadmaps for business transformation and operational improvement.
- Identify opportunities for diversification and business expansion.
- Assist management in defining the company's future vision and strategic direction.
Research, Analysis & Documentation
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, business cases, and project proposals.
- Maintain proper documentation of all ideas, research findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.
- Present practical, realistic, and implementable solutions to management.
Creative Thinking & Continuous Improvement
- Generate innovative ideas on a daily basis to improve company operations and business performance.
- Develop creative solutions for existing challenges and future opportunities.
- Identify areas where improvements can enhance productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning throughout the organization.
Leadership in Transformation
- Lead initiatives that support organizational transformation and modernization.
- Work across multiple departments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the successful implementation of approved projects and initiatives.

Candidate ProfilePreferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, Marketing, Innovation Management, Product Development, or related disciplines.
- Additional certifications in innovation, digital transformation, business strategy, or project management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
