We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Student Affairs Executive to support students throughout their academic journey. The role involves handling student communications, managing academic updates, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth student experience from admission to course completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for students after admission.
- Communicate important updates regarding examinations, assignments, academic schedules, and university notifications.
- Create and manage student accounts/portal access and provide necessary guidance on portal usage.
- Handle student queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams to address student-related issues.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and engagement with students to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Keep accurate records of student interactions, requests, and issue resolutions.
- Support student retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent student handling and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to resolve queries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
