Job Overview: The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors. This role involves a range of administrative and customer service tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the front desk and overall facility. Key Responsibilities:
1.Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, patients, and passengers with a professional and courteous approach.
- Manage and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
2.Administrative Support:
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate appointments, scheduling, and meeting rooms.
- Maintain and update patient or passenger records and other administrative documents.
3.Customer Service:
- Address and resolve inquiries, concerns, and requests from visitors, patients, or passengers.
- Provide accurate information about the facility's services.
- Assist with any special accommodations or needs.
4.Operational Coordination:
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new staff members or patients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations specific to the aviation or healthcare environment.
5.Security and Confidentiality:
- Monitor and manage access control, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Report any security concerns or incidents promptly.
Qualifications:
Education: 12th /diploma / Graduate or equivalent
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with industry-specific software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
