At Editage Digital Media Solutions, we are on the lookout for a Digital Content Specialist (Life Sciences) on contract who will be a cornerstone in:

Writing marketing-friendly copy and content to promote scientific concepts and innovation endeavours via social and digital media.

Help communicate brand vision for diverse stakeholders in the research and innovation ecosystem, to enable thought leadership, networking, collaboration, and change.
This role mandates a harmonious blend of scientific understanding, interest in social media trends, and a flair for creative articulation, aimed at amplifying the essence of research, innovation, and policies.
The role also offers the opportunity for contribution to our business growth, should you show the interest and ability to do so.
Job responsibilities:
- Desk research to comprehensively understand the scientific concepts, brand vision, and current trends associated with an assigned client project.

Distill the essence of this desk research to write interview questionnaires, thought leadership articles, social media copies, or textual storyboards for reels and infographics, while ensuring relevance, integrity, and accuracy of content.

Content skills: Ability to contribute to content across Life Sciences domains and general topics. Great attention to detail and English language skills. Excellent storytelling skills.

Organizational skills: Ability to work with autonomy, manage time, prioritize tasks, and coordinate.

Communication skills: Aptitude for coordinating various stakeholders at Cactus, ensuring project excellence and timely delivery.

Customer focus: Strong customer focus and ability to think from a client’s perspective when working on deliverables.

Openness to learning: An open mind to doing more than the core responsibilities, learning, and upskilling in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications and prerequisites:
- Master’s Degree in a life sciences field

Interest and experience in allied roles in digital or science communication agencies is preferred.
