We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the construction industry and be willing to travel across India for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Promote formwork solutions to contractors, builders, and developers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Qualification.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (Construction industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand formwork drawings.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, Maharashtra, Chennai, and other locations across India.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
