Operations Executive
Location: Ludhiana
Experience: 1 to 3 years
You will be responsible for
· ensuring success of existing clients & driving repeat business from the existing network of clients
· dealing with client requests, troubleshooting problems and ensuring necessary coordination with different departments
·providing comprehensive training to B2B clients to ensure effective adoption and usage of our products and services
You are expected to possess
·outstanding oral and written communication skills
·self-starter skills, team player skills and motivation to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes
