We are looking for a creative and reliable Freelance Video Editor to edit and deliver high-quality video content on a consistent basis. You will work closely with us to transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, marketing, and client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Edit raw footage into finished videos including reels, YouTube videos, promotional content, and event highlights. Perform color correction, color grading, and audio syncing/cleanup. Add motion graphics, titles, subtitles, transitions, and background music as needed. Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn) with correct aspect ratios and export settings. Manage revisions based on feedback and deliver final outputs within agreed timelines. Organize and maintain project files and footage systematically.
Requirements
1–3 years of video editing experience (freelance or professional). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects knowledge is a plus. Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, especially for short-form social content. Familiarity with editing footage from mirrorless cameras (Sony/Canon) and working with LOG profiles is an advantage. Own laptop/PC capable of handling 4K editing. Ability to deliver 8–12 videos per month depending on complexity, with quick turnaround on revisions.
Nice to Have
Basic thumbnail design skills (Photoshop/Canva). Experience with sound design and licensed music libraries. Portfolio of published work on Instagram or YouTube.
