Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for residential and commercial plot sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide complete project information.
- Negotiate deals and ensure successful closures.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives to achieve team targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation required (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Plot Sales.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer handling.
- Ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and professional attitude.
Salary Package
₹3,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 Per Annum
