Mission: Ensure the quality, consistency, competitiveness and scalability of Cooling offers across the opportunity lifecycle by driving technical governance, offer standardization and risk management. Act as the technical reference for offer quality, supporting Sales, Solution Architects, Tendering, ETO Engineering and Product Management teams to ensure Cooling solutions are compliant, executable, profitable and aligned with customer requirements and Schneider Electric standards. The role is instrumental in improving win rates, reducing execution risks, accelerating offer turnaround times and strengthening customer confidence in Cooling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical quality reviews of Cooling offers before customer submission.
- Validate technical compliance with customer specifications, Schneider Electric standards and applicable regulations.
- Ensure consistency between proposed architectures, engineering assumptions, commercial commitments and execution capabilities.
- Drive offer standardization and reuse of qualified solution architectures to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Review technical risks, design assumptions and deviations, ensuring mitigation plans are identified and documented.
- Support Business Development, Sales and Solution Architects during opportunity development and proposal validation.
- Establish and maintain technical governance processes for Cooling offer approval.
- Ensure alignment between Product Management, ETO Engineering, Service and Project Execution teams.
- Participate in bid review boards and strategic opportunity assessments.
- Identify recurring offer quality issues and drive corrective actions through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support localization of global Cooling solutions while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Provide guidance on:
- Precision cooling solutions
- Chilled water systems
- Direct expansion systems
- Liquid cooling technologies
- Thermal management architectures
- Monitoring and control solutions
- Contribute to the development of technical standards, design rules and engineering best practices.
- Support retrofit, modernization and EcoFit solution validation from a technical quality perspective.
- Drive lessons learned activities between Sales, Engineering and Execution teams to improve future offer quality.

(External) English Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Thermal Engineering or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in Cooling, HVAC, Thermal Management, Data Centers or Critical Infrastructure businesses.
- Strong experience in:
- Solution design
- Application engineering
- ETO engineering

- Deep understanding of Cooling technologies and system integration.
- Experience working in multi-functional and international organizations.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, technical compliance and risk assessment methodologies.
