About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote and sell insurance products through tele Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain and sell life insurance products
Follow up on leads generated through the customer database and other sources
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system
Handle customer queries and objections professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with the teams for smooth policy processing
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines during all customer interactions
Collect feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or insurance sales
Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
Skills:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage
Familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office
Target-driven with a positive attitude
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
