Acts as the primary sales closer for the vertical while ensuring the same activity-based, CRM-driven discipline used across Designers Elements is applied to modular sales.

— Supervise and allocate work across BDE, Sr. Designer, Jr. Designer, and Project Manager for the division
— Review and approve final quotations, BOQs, and costing sheets before they go to clients
— Coordinate with factory/OEM production partners on capacity, costing, and delivery timelines
— Ensure every lead, appointment, and follow-up is logged in LeadFlow CRM by the team, with no gaps in data hygiene
— Run a weekly review of appointments booked vs. conducted, quotations issued, conversions, and order bookings
— Report division performance (footfall, pipeline, revenue booked, execution status) to Management
— Coordinate with the core Decorative Materials team where cross-selling opportunities arise (e.g., laminate/veneer finishes for modular projects)
